  • Evening Meal Groups: We still accept the food that you are scheduled to provide for our shelter guests; however, we cannot allow anyone inside the building to serve the meal. Dinner is served at 6 p.m. each night.
  • Donations: We are only accepting non-perishable food items and NEW blankets, socks, and coats. Accepting drop-off donations at our main office. Please contact us for the address, between 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. daily Monday – Friday.

After School Care

Sisters 4 Hope Foundation offers after-school care for students in the Desoto Independent School District. We offer pick up from select schools and offer an after-school meal and homework assistance. We are always in need of volunteers and mentors for this program.

All volunteers for this program will have to complete a criminal background check and drug screen. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYONE WITH A FELONY OR A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE OR ABUSE TO CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

Food Pantry

Our weekly food pantry depends on community volunteers to assist with distribution of food resources to over 400 clients on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The hours of our food pantry are from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., but we ask volunteers to assist however many hours they can. We begin preparation at 9:00 a.m. and need assistance until 3:00p.m. to help with clean up and restock.
